CMO BylawsAn organization's by-laws are its governing document. The CMO's by-laws are the fundamental principles and rules that control how the College is to be managed, run, and governed. Section 94 of the Health Professions Procedural Code directs that the College will make by-laws related to its administrative and internal affairs.
