Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB)

The Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB) is an independent adjudicative agency of the government of Ontario. The Board's powers and processes are as specified by the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991.

On request, the Board:

Reviews decisions made by the Complaints Committees of health professions Colleges in Ontario;
Conducts reviews and hearings of decisions of the Registration Committees of health professions Colleges in Ontario;
