Your Right to ReviewThe Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) Panel will provide both parties with a copy of its decision and reasons unless the decision refers the complaint to the Discipline or Fitness to Practise Committee. All ICRC Panel decisions, with the exception of referrals to the Discipline Committee are private and confidential matters between the College, the complainant and the midwife. If you feel the decision is unreasonable, or the investigation of your complaint was inadequate, you have the right to request a review of your case by the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB).
